Ben Soule

Ben is an experienced change agent with a background in consumer goods and business services. His particular strengths are in business plan development, M&A, strategic and financial planning, process optimization, compliance programs, IT systems improvements and cash management.

Some of Ben’s achievements, spanning a career operating in North America, Europe and Latin America, include the start-up of a new international division that reached $30 million in sales within 18 months of launch, implementing a mid-size company IT systems overhaul in 15 months, implementing world-class compliance risk management, and negotiating manufacturing, distribution and license agreements adding millions to income. Ben has been both a CFO and COO and, with added know-how encompassing HR, Legal, Customer Service and Marketing, understands cross-functional impacts of business improvement strategies and organizational change management.
